Urban Tour is a platform that allows to the users to research and book tours, activities and transfers in Rome. Urban Tour is a website provided by Solyland Srls Via Livilla, 15 00175 Rome (Italy)(Tour Operator Company) and tours, activities, experiences and transfers are all products made available by Solyland Srls or by third suppliers through Urban Tour. The terms “we”, “us”, “our” and “Urban Tour” refer to Solyland Srls. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Website. By using this website or by booking a product you agree with the Terms and Conditions of our website, and it means that you read and understood the Terms and Conditions, plus Privacy policy and Cookie policy.
Bookings & Payments
To book a product, you have to select the preferred product and proceed to the payment. To confirm the booking you have to pay 100% of the total. At the moment of the booking you will receive an email with the preliminary confirmation. We will verify that the transaction is ok and we will send you the final confirmation (voucher) with all details: meeting point, meeting time, tour guide’s contact, help-line number and all information you need to live your experience. When you book a product through the website, Urban Tour collects your payment information and processes your payment. Payments will be process by PayPal service and you will pay by your Paypal account or by credit card: Mastercard, Visa, American Express. The PayPal service works even if you do not have an account PayPal. No charge is required for payments but the transactions may be subject to taxes, duties, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank will convert the amount into the local currency.
Voucher & Passport
For all tours is necessary to bring with you the voucher. For some tours (i.e. Colosseum or Vatican Museum) you must bring with you the passport too. A copy or a photo of the passport on the smartphone is fine and it is compulsory show it to the security staff.
Cancellations
Cancellation policy is different for each product.
Transfers: Free cancellation up to 24h before the service. After this term 100% penalty.
Tours – without entrance tickets – (i.e. Baroque Rome): Free cancellation up to 24h before the service. After this term 100% penalty.
Tours – with entrance tickets – (i.e. Colosseum or Vatican Museum): the entrance tickets, once purchased, will no longer be refunded. In case of cancellation, which must be received at least 24 hours before the service, only the cost of the guide will be refunded. After this deadline, the reservation will no longer be refundable.

No refund in case of delay, bad weather or any inconvenient.
Extraordinary cancellation
In case the product you have confirmed is no longer available due to unforeseeable or unavoidable external conditions (in particular force majeure), Urban Tour will send you an email to notify the cancellation of the tour and will refund you the total amount.
Prohibited Activities
The content and information on the website is proprietary to us and is forbidden modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any Website Content.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This Website is operated by an Italian entity and this Agreement is governed by the laws of the Court of Rome, Italy. You agree that all claims you may have against Solyland Srls arising from or relating to this Website must be heard and resolved in a court of competent subject matter jurisdiction located in Rome, Italy .
